Who we are

Looma.fm is a free relaxation and meditation app made by Adi Goldstein and run by AGsoundtrax LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use looma.fm, why, and the choices you have. Questions are always welcome at support@looma.fm.

What we collect

  • Your account, if you create one. Your email address and, if you add them, your name and profile picture. You can use Looma without an account.
  • Sign in with Google. If you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password and we do not get access to anything else in your Google account.
  • Mixes you save. The sounds, volumes and length of each mix you save to your account.
  • Sessions you make. When you are signed in, each guided meditation you create (its voice recording, text, length, music and your rating) is kept in your account so you can replay it. It stays private unless you choose to share it with a link, and you can stop sharing or delete it at any time.
  • How the app is used. Things like plays, which sounds are turned on, timers and meditation sessions, together with the device type, browser, operating system, language, time zone and the site that sent you to us. We count visits with a random ID kept in your browser. Visitors who are not signed in are never tracked by IP address.
  • Sign-in details, if you have an account. When you create an account or sign in, we receive the IP address, approximate location (city and country), browser and device of that sign-in. We use it only to keep accounts secure, spot misuse and understand where our members listen from.
  • Messages to support. What you write to us by chat or email.

How we use it

  • To run Looma: sign you in, keep your saved mixes and sessions and remember your settings.
  • To understand which features people enjoy, so we can make Looma better.
  • To answer your questions and keep the service safe from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Information from your Google account

When you choose "Continue with Google", this is exactly how Looma handles your Google data:

  • Data we access. Only your name, email address and profile picture, through Google's standard sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). We do not access your contacts, files, calendar, email messages or any other Google data, and we never see your Google password.
  • How we use it. Only to create your Looma account, sign you in, show which account is signed in, link your saved mixes to you, and reply if you contact support. We do not use Google data for advertising, profiling or to train AI models. Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or ML models, and is never transferred to anyone for that purpose.
  • How we store and protect it. It is stored with your account by our sign-in and data storage providers, sent only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and only the people who run Looma can access it.
  • Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share Google data with anyone, except the service providers that run sign-in and data storage for Looma, and only so they can provide that service. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided in this policy, and we would only disclose it if the law requires it.
  • Keeping and deleting it. We keep it only while you have a Looma account. To delete your account and all Google data linked to it, email support@looma.fm and we will delete it within 30 days. You can also remove Looma's access at any time in your Google Account under Security, Third-party apps and services.

Looma's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers for account sign-in, hosting and data storage, product analytics and customer chat. They handle information only to provide these services to Looma.

Cookies and browser storage

Looma keeps small pieces of information in your browser to keep you signed in, remember your settings (such as the welcome screen, the sound list view and where you placed the timer) and count visits. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; Looma will still work, you will just be signed out and see the welcome screen again.

Music and content protection

All music and audio on Looma.fm is the exclusive property of Adi Goldstein. Your usage data and interactions with the content are never used to train AI models or to replicate the musical compositions.

How long we keep it, and your choices

  • You can delete any saved mix or session in the app at any time.
  • To see, correct or delete your account and the information linked to it, email support@looma.fm and we will take care of it.
  • We keep usage information only as long as it helps us run and improve Looma.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored securely, with access limited to the people who run Looma.

Children

Looma is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we ever change how Looma uses Google user data, we will tell signed-in users by email before the change applies.
